Needle Punch Nonwoven Felt

We specialize in different kinds of nonwoven fabrics which is made by PP or PET. All needle punch nonwoven can be calendered up to 4.8mts or 5.0 width;

Min. Weight: 70gsm;

Max. Weight: 1000gsm;

The nonwoven can be laminated with HDPE or PE membrane to create vapor barrier system. It can be also coated with PE film as well as customer requrie.

We have special cutting machine, and bale press machine here. We can cut needle punch felt in any small size as customer require, and pack them by bale press machine. Per as our experience, one 40"HC can stuff around 11~ 12MT most.

The nonwoven can be used for shoe lining, cushion, geotextile, furniture, bedding or other wipe cloth.
